How do I sign up for a Duprexonline.com account?

Signing up is very easy. Click “Login/Register” icon on the right top corner of the web page.

For existing user: Please click “Create a new account” button, fill in your email address that you had used to register account with us previously. A confirmation email will be sending to your email to reactivate your account.

For new user: Scroll down and look on the “Create an account” button, simply fill in your information as required. Click the “Create account” button and enjoy all the perks an accounts with us will give you.

What if I forget my password?

Just click on the “Forgot password” button at the Login section and enter the email address you used to create your account with us.  A reset your password email will be sent to you.

How do I update my profile, delivery address and account information?

Login with your username and password. Once successfully logged in, you will be redirected to your account dashboard, where you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details. If you are not redirected to your dashboard, click on “Account” located near the cart on the top right hand of the web page.

Do you have a loyalty point program?

Yes, we have a loyalty point system to reward our customers for purchasing on DuprexOnline.  The more you shop with us, the more loyalty points you accumulate.

How do I earn the loyalty points?

For every $1 spent, you earn 2 reward points which will automatically be credited into your account. To track the number of points you have earned so far, simply log on to your account. Upon accumulating 100 points (minimum), you will be eligible to redeem $1 off from your online purchase. The more points you earn, the more dollar value you can redeem.

If you already know the reference of the product you are looking for, type it in our search bar. Otherwise, you can browse our categories.

Orders

How do I place an order?

You must have a registered Duprex account and be logged in to place an order.

1.Browse all our categories or search for products, choose the ones you want and add them to your cart.

2.Once you are done, go to the shopping basket icon and click ‘Checkout’ button, with indicated total amount spent on your cart.

3.Review your items, delivery address, delivery slot and payment mode.

4.After that, click ‘Pay Now’ to proceed to payment and your order will be placed.

5.You will receive a confirmation shortly via email.

6.You can log in to your account to check your order status.

Do note that placing an available item in your cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory will be assigned to your order after you click checkout and initiate the checkout process.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Your order is confirmed when you have entered payment details and received an email in your mailbox. You can also log in to your account to track your order shipment.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes you may. If your order is more than the maximum cap quantity in our website, please fill in the bulk enquiry form available on each product page or contact us at 64823300  or contact@duprex.com to enquire on bulk prices.

How can I track my order status?

You can track your order by logging in to your account. Under “Order history” section, you can easily know if your order has been fulfilled.

Can I cancel an order?

Once ordered, no order may be cancelled or reduced. Duprex reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations at its sole discretion. We allow cancellation:

  • If order has not been processed;
  • If the actual price of any product ordered by you is higher than that reflected on the Site. We will propose a substitute or cancellation whichever deems fit for the Customer.
  • When product is out of stock and requires a long lead time unacceptable by the Customer.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes, a copy of invoice will be sent out to you via your registered email.

Payment

What are the payment methods available?

Payment may be made via PayNow, Credit Card/ Visa

How do I enter a promocode?

You may enter the given discount or coupon codes when you’re at the View Cart page or at checkout before placing your order. Simply enter the code and click the "Apply Coupon" button for redemption.

Once the code has been successfully redeemed, the total amount will be updated. If there are any issues, you will be prompted of an invalid code. Invalid codes could be due to expiry or not meeting certain conditions (eg. Discounts only applicable to new members; regular-priced items).

Do note that discount codes are not case-sensitive.

How do I know if your site is secure?

Delivery

What’s the minimum order amount to enjoy free delivery?

For orders below $120, delivery charges apply

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges varies from $5.50 to $20.50 depending on the volumetric weight of the full package.

You may check the charges in the shopping cart after selecting the items.

Do you deliver everywhere in Singapore?

Free delivery on qualifying orders is only applicable within Singapore mainland. Due to security reasons and/or its remote and non-accessible location, we do not deliver to Army camps, Shipyards, Air-bases and Jurong Island.

How long is the delivery time

Please allow 1 to 2 working days for the processing of your orders. Products will be delivered within 1-7 business days.

I would like to change my delivery address after I placed my order.

Please notify us immediately of any change to your delivery address, date or time of delivery, or contact number.  Any changes in the delivery address or date or time of delivery after the submission of your order may incur an administrative charge of $10 (subjected to GST).

What if there’s no one to receive the delivery?

If no one is at the delivery location to receive the order upon prior confirmation with us, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery and charge a re-delivery or cancellation fee of $10 (subjected to GST).

Who will deliver my order?

Your orders will be packed and delivered with care by our in-house delivery personnel or by 3rd party delivery partners that we engage.

How can I track my order?

We'll send you an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. This can be checked with https://www.qxpress.net/Customer/PopupTraceParcels who is our third party delivery vendor or you can call our friendly Customer Service at 6482 3300 or email us at contact@duprex.com

I bought multiple items, will they be shipped together?

Wherever possible we’ll ship your items together. However, if you made different shopping cart purchases, we might not be able to ship your items together unless you notify us at 64823300 or contact@duprex.com  before your first order dispatch.

Return and Refund Policy

How are exchanges qualified?

We allow exchange only If there is any damaged or incorrect product(s) sent. Please contact us at contact@duprex.com  or call us at 6482 3300 to report this within 7 days of delivery date.

What are the conditions to return a product?

  • Must be unused
  • Must be in its original state & packaging
  • Must be within 7 days from delivery date

My order is incomplete or damaged when received . What can I do?

Please contact us at contact@duprex.com or call us at 6482 3300 to report this within 7 days of delivery date. We will be pleased to assist you and advise on how to resolve the matter.

How and when will you be refunded?

Refund will be made to Customer within 14 working days upon receiving products accepted for exchange (if applicable) by Duprex

If you paid using Credit Card or PayPal, the refund will be made to your Credit Card or Paypal account.

If you paid via internet banking, the refund will be made to your bank account.
