1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days upon receipt of payment.

  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Delivery Information

  • Delivery Timeframe: Products will be delivered within 1 to 7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery Areas: We offer delivery within Singapore mainland.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: Orders with a total billing amount over $120.00 SGD are eligible for free delivery.

  • Standard Delivery Charges: For orders below $120.00 SGD, delivery charges range from $5.50 to $20.50, depending on the volumetric weight of the package.

  • Calculation: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.

4. Delivery Scheduling and Changes

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, date, or time after placing an order, please notify us immediately. Changes may incur an administrative charge of $10.00 SGD (subject to GST).

  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery at the confirmed time, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery and charge a re-delivery or cancellation fee of $10.00 SGD (subject to GST).

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking Platform: You can track your order through our third-party delivery vendor, Qxpress, at https://www.qxpress.net/Customer/PopupTraceParcels.

6. Multiple Items and Shipments

  • Combined Shipping: We strive to ship all items in a single delivery.

  • Separate Orders: If you place multiple orders separately, they may not be combined unless you notify us before the first order is dispatched.
